LOCATION The house is located 45 minutes from Barcelona and 40 minutes from Girona, connected by the A-7 motorway and a short distance from Mataró by the B-60 and coastline. The house is situated at the south entrance of the Montseny National Park. MONTSENY NATURAL PARK Situated near the Catalan seaside, the park’s area is 30,120 hectares. Since 1977 the area has been protected by “Diputació de Barcelona y Girona”. Since 1978 the Park has been included in the MAB Program ( Man and the Biosphere) and has been recognised by the UNESCO.
