“CAN NET MASIA “ is a stone made Spanish country house with horse stables situated in Sant Esteve de Palautordera north of Barcelona in Spain.

LOCATION The house is located 45 minutes from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Girona, connected by the A-7 motorway and a short distance from Mataró by the B-60 and coastline. The house is situated at the south entrance of the Montseny National Park. The area is a hot spot for horse riding and offers very beautiful riding possibilities in the park as well as having several golf courses in the local area. Horse riding and rural tourism

MONTSENY NATURAL PARK Situated near the Catalan seaside, the park’s area is 30,120 hectares. Since 1977 the area has been protected by “Diputació de Barcelona y Girona”. The “Plan Especial del Parque” guarantees the conservation and protection of the nature and its cultural values. Since 1978 the Park has been included in the MAB Program ( Man and the Biosphere) and has been recognised by the UNESCO.

Can Net Masia is facing south, in quiet and natural surroundings.
Can Net has a vast supply of the best quality of drinking water and is virtually free of noise , annoying neighbours and traffic.
Can Net has wooden and electrical fences designed for 6 horses which can be extended , an automatic drinking fountain, a rodeo, two Barns, a “Guardarnés” and a shed.
There is a small vineyard with Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Shiraz and Merlot grapes with automatic irrigation.
The property has a 10,000 squared metre forest with holm oak and oak trees. The forest was cleaned in 2004 and supplies the property with wood. 34,400 squared metres of land is available for future building or horses fields.
There is external timed lighting , an irrigation system with an external stopcock The house has two remote controlled iron gates and a remote controlled garage door . There is a 110,000 litre water tank, built in 2003, and an under ground 9.000 litre tank , and a 60,000 litre water supply tank which needs some restoration.
